These terms govern purchases from Nguyen & Co Timepieces LLC ("we", "us") through nguyencotimepieces.com, by phone, or in person. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Nguyen & Co Timepieces LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731. We are a retailer of new and pre-owned luxury wristwatches and are not affiliated with, or an authorized dealer for, any watch manufacturer unless a listing says so.
Listings, pricing and availability
Every watch we list is a specific, physical piece in our inventory, described and photographed individually. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change until an order is placed. If a listing contains an obvious error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We only sell what we have. We do not accept deposits or payment for watches that are not in stock.
Condition and authenticity
Pre-owned watches are sold in the condition described on the listing. Every watch is inspected and authenticated by us before sale, and we guarantee it to be genuine. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the authenticity guarantee.
Unless the listing states otherwise, a pre-owned watch is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Where a manufacturer warranty card is included it is passed to you as-is.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe through our commerce platform. We never see or store your full card number. Orders may be held for verification, and we may ask for identification on high-value purchases. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds policy are part of these terms. In short: insured shipping with adult signature within 1 to 3 business days, and a 5-day inspection window for returns.
Buying, selling and trades
Offers to buy your watch or to trade are quotes, not contracts, until we have inspected the watch in person and both sides have agreed in writing. Consignment sales are governed by a separate consignment agreement.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first at nguyencotimepieces@gmail.com or 512-615-8730. Most problems are resolved in a single conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies to your order. Effective September 25, 2026.
