Returns & Refunds

Inspection period

You may return a watch within 5 calendar days of delivery. Contact us by email or phone within that window to receive a return authorization and a prepaid, insured return label.

The watch must come back in the same condition it was shipped, unworn beyond trying it on, with all protective stickers intact and with every item that was included: box, papers, hang tags, links, warranty cards and accessories.

Refunds

Once the returned watch has been received and inspected, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

Any outbound shipping charge shown on the invoice is not refunded. A watch that comes back sized, worn, scratched, or missing included items is subject to a deduction for the cost of bringing it back to the condition it was sold in.

Items that cannot be returned

Special orders, sourcing requests, watches sold as part of a trade, and consignment pieces are final sale. This is stated on the listing or the invoice before you pay.

Authenticity guarantee

Every watch we sell is authenticated before it is listed. If an independent authorized service center determines that a watch we sold you is not genuine, we will refund the full purchase price, with no time limit.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it has shipped. Once a package is with the carrier, the return process above applies.
