Shipping Policy

Handling time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of cleared payment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central, on weekends or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Before shipping, every watch is inspected a final time, photographed, and its serial number recorded against your order.

Carriers, insurance and signature

Domestic orders ship by FedEx or UPS with full insurance for the purchase price. Overnight and 2-day service are the defaults for watches; ground is never used for a timepiece.

An adult signature is required on every delivery. We cannot authorize a driver to leave a package without a signature, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders or parcel lockers.

Shipping cost

Insured domestic shipping is included in the price of every watch unless stated otherwise on the listing.

Address verification

We ship only to the billing address on file with your card issuer, or to an address that has been verified with you by phone. If we cannot verify an address we will contact you before anything ships.

International orders

International shipping is available by arrangement. Contact us before ordering so we can quote insured carriage and confirm the duties, taxes and import rules of your country. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Damage or loss in transit

Every shipment is insured for its full value. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can open a claim with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will either replace the watch or refund you in full once the carrier's claim is resolved.
